This journal aims to reduce copyright fraud and publicly displays the demands of a handful of equine photographers to enable your usage of their photographs. However there are some artists that would prefer you not to use their photographs for neither realistic artwork copies nor anatomical references, so these will be listed here as well to make that clear. I will also try to provide proof of my communication with the artists.

He doesn't mind you using his pictures as anatomical reference, but he will not permit any "likeness" to his photographs.This means that it is okay for him if you use the picture as a reference for your fantasy equine character, but he does not allow you to just copy his picture with the same colours and backgrounds.

SILVER FALLS HERD
Lush green valleys and vast forest areas cover the territory that the Silver Falls Herd calls home.
Many small springs and underground water sources stream into shallow lakes,
form large waterfalls and hereby create a unique river formed landscape.
The herd mostly spends it's time dwelling upon the many island
that can be crossed with small jumps and enjoys it's light hearted days.

Upon receiving heart-touching B-day presents by LupaSola (https://www.deviantart.com/lupasola) and Kamaite (https://www.deviantart.com/kamaite), i was thrown back in time and got to think about the last 5 years of my life.
